Hobs

pulleys, double helicals, asymmetrical and non-involute tooth forms.
Available as shell or shank type, high speed steel or carbide with
precision ground or unground forms.
Shaper Cutters
Disc, deep counter bore, shank or bell types. Spur or helical. For
cutting gears, involute and parallel splines, roller chain and silent
chain sprockets, ratchets, serrations, timing belt pulleys, double
helicals, asymmetrical and non-involute tooth forms.
Broaches
Pull or push type. To cut involute and parallel splines, serrations,
keyways, rounds, squares and special forms.
Shaving Cutters
Conventional, diagonal, plunge and underpass cutting methods.
Milling Cutters
Single or multiple rows of teeth to cut gears, racks or any required
profiles. Available in precision ground or unground forms.
Straight Bevel Generating Cutters
For use on Gleason and Heidenrich and Harbeck machines. Available
as roughing or finishing cutters.
Rack Type Cutter
For use on MAAG, Sunderland and other planning machines. Available
as spur and oblique.
Spiral Bevel Tooling
For use on Gleason machines. RIDG AC, WEDG AC, ROUGH AC, HARD AC,
REVACYCLE, standard and solid cutters.*
